I originally trained at the Essex Institute completing a two year diploma in Advanced Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy. I also have a certificate in Counselling from Birkbeck University, a diploma in Neuro-Linguistic programming and specialist diplomas in M.E/CFS, Eating disorders and Anxiety Related Disorders.
Due to my enthusiasm and commitment to the subject of hypnotherapy, I continually attend workshops and classes, studying a variety of therapeutic techniques, these have included Emotional Freedom Therapy, Educational Kinesiology, and Emergency Hypnosis.
I also attend CPD (Continual Professional Development) days on a regular basis in order to meet yearly requirements set by my governing body. These allow me to continually expand my knowledge and expertise in the field of complementary therapy.
